I think there's going to be a seperation. This is a repeat of mihir track. Even in mihir track, kartik was made to sit at home due to some injury and he used to doubt naira while she was helping the family business. Similar thing will happen. If they're bringing seperation they may show akshu pregnant too

But it's so unrealistic a couple so madly in love, don't even trust each other. If abhi doesn't trust akshu and her deep love then it's a pity

I don’t think separation will be shown. Abhimanyu being jealous of Akshara does not seem possible. I think what may be shown is this Dr who will do his surgery will be very much smitten by Akshara. He may try to create issues between them but considering how much care and love Akshara has shown Abhimanyu during this time, he surely won’t be successful. I really loved how she gave back to those good for nothing interns and rightly said - prove yourselves first. It was so heartbreaking to see Abhimanyu in such a condition where he is asking someone for a cure to his nerve damage…very small but impactful scene.

It would be so cool if both of them figure out that Aarohi is behind the khaands and “pretend” to separate. But meet secretly and maybe that’s how Akashu gets pregnant. But this team doesn’t do complicated plots, they keep it simple.

So……we may be heading towards a Ar sponsored misunderstanding and separation. At the end of it though, they may do an Arjun Reddy type scene also- where he reconnects with a fully pregnant Ak in a park or something.
