Meetwa proof ke bina nahi manega is a very poor excuse in this situation. Mazak thodi hain? If it's about their child, and if the villain here is Manno and Masoom what's there to not believe? Bohot soch ne ke baat mera dimaag mein ek hi reason aya. It's because Meety thinks she failed as both a wife and a mother and lemme explain to u before you start to cringe.
Yeh pregnancy track bohot accha Jaraha tha but then two things happened simultaneously.
1) Sunaina ka woh skit jaha she basically showed what a reckless mother Meety would be because of her personality
2)Her biggest support system, her love of her life kissed another beautiful girl (even though it was not cheating but from her pov it was nothing less than that)
Inn dono cheezo neh na Meety ke dil mein woh saare insecurities khare kaar diya jo usme humesha se tha but she would never let it consume her. Ussey kya pata nahi that she isn't considered to be pretty according to the conventional society's beauty standards. Of course, she does. Toh usne apne aap mein ebb dhundna start kardiya. Uske baad even though she decided to give their relationship a chance, she saw hope in this because she knows they have a baby that will always keep them together. Par when she loses the baby and the doctor says she will not be able to conceive again then for a moment all her insecurities consume her. Ki woh khoobsurat toh hain nahi aab she doesn't even have what according to the society makes a woman a complete woman which is the ability to create life. She will never be able to give him the happiness to become a father aur aisa main na even the strongest wall break. You know she would have actually left Meetwa because she did shoot that clip. Usse Agar pata nahi chalta uska baby zinda hain she would have left because she felt she was worthless now. Par MA toh in saab se baar ke chahta tha usse. Ha Agar Meety ka saachme miscarriage hota and she did become infertile he would have felt hurt too, paar usko chodta nahi. All he wanted was them to survive this pain together, and he is mad because she left him to drown in this pain alone. Despite being heartbroken, he was searching for her to console her,but she took away that right from him too.
Baadmay jab bacche ke honey ka pata chala then she decided she will take the baby back to him. But neither could she save the baby or save herself infact. And chahe joh kaho Kahina na kahina woh guilt hain uspe. She does feel that she could have fought harder for her baby that night. Isliya she is hiding this from him. She feels he will feel the same and will probably hate her more. Par honestly mujhe lagta hain saach janne ke baad Meetwa will be more disheartened ki Meety ney usse iss layak bhi nahi samjha ki itna bada dard woh uske saath share kareh. Yeh mom guilt na bohot common hota hain yaar. Sadly, if a child is born with some form of illness tabh bhi moms sabse zyada guilty feel karte hain even if there was nothing in the world they could have done to stop it. Aur yaha toh full different scenerio hain. I wonder how many times she felt she wish she won that fight against Kunashi that night toh phir yeh Saab hota hi nahi
Toh for me what will bind this entire track together is when the confrontation scene happens and MA asks MH why she left and why never contacted him then she tells him ki usne kitna insecure feel kiya. Aur ussey sharam arahi thi kyunki usse laga ki woh acchi mom nahi ban paayi. And then I want Meetwa to scream at her and tell her how she should never have thought that. How none of it was her fault and how he so so wished that he never went out with Tanya that night and how he would die again and live this life again only if it meant to be with her. And how he would've lived with the fact that he could never be a dad if only she was there with him because above all he always wanted her.
I want all of it to be expressed. Koyi yeh idea chota karke SM pe pitch kardena because I want to see what ppl think of it.
