I think ASA started getting noticed only after ushna started staying in wahab house. During the ramdhan time it used to air only once a week so only 4 episodes came that month and picked up after ramdhan dramas ended.

Yes, it went downhill during Ramadan. Before Ramadan it got 6.2 trp.

Does ary soaps usually beat geo soaps at 9? Or is it rare?

I have no idea but Rang mahal and Fasiq did beat ARY soaps at 9 i guess . So ASA did break their streak by defeating two of its shows back to back.. Although Yeh na thi hamari qismat brought more ratings than ASA at same slot..but then most of the dramas used to get above 5 ratings. Current scenario ,only KTK is able to cross 7 consistently, rest everyone is struggling so in comparison ASA is doing well
