It's either tumour or actual complicated pregnancy without delivery (which they might show as tumour later or miscarriage) leading to virat's guilt only. But for pakhi and not sai. They might even show complicated pregnancy at first but then change it to tumour after sai leaves. But, what about pakhi getting exposed and her crimes???
