I didn’t hear of him before Ghum.

I can’t imagine what star was as a channel and what it has become now.

I read that the PH's other show is going off air that was again promotes disgusting tracks. I sometimes wonder what are the guidelines that define the prime time viewing. Is it only limited to physical proximity or the kind of topics and themes that they show.

You are right there. Though the content has changed from the DMG and Hip Hip Hurray days and it now does contain the saas bahu and drama quotient, they still have a different plot line.

But what they lack is the publicity. The actors we are referring to are well established stars and who are way above such petty games and cheap publicity gimmicks. They have enough fan following so won't resort to negative publicity to gain attention. "They have some standards and reputation that they have build with their hard work"!
