If they wanted to show "complicated pregnancy" they could have shown it with Sai na... But they wanted to show real life jodi enjoying reel life pregnancy thats make it even worse... Real life couple working on same project getting benefits like this... And Sai ka mazak bana k rakha hua hai....
yaar so true. This is not the case. Infact even if they know the real reason, nobody will admit. Not the actor nor the team. Infact, they are making it sound like the audience cannot differentiate between real and reel but koi nahi.
