Such a pheeka episode they didn't confirmed whether pakhi is pregnant or not. Doctor ne bola whoh puri tharha thaiyar nahi hai prakriya keliye usme kami hai so even if she is pregnant she can't give birth to sai's child completely there is no scene of precap in episode. So it is open ended with whether pakhi is pregnant or not

So he is only worried for pp n baccha, not for Sai?! He doesn't know that it is Sai's hospital?!

Fantastic. So they are trying to trick us into thinking that justice will be done and pp wont get to be attached in anyway to Sai's baby but they have no plan to ever stop this surrogacy nonsense.
