They litterally found her in her bridal attire, so even if she had the miscarriage already doctor would inform them right. But, I think Romit & Mithai just don't wanna lookback to whatever Saba wrote, and we are supposed to pretend as if those things never happened.

Honestly, I feel TRP will comeback as soon as Tejo's memory does. Makers doesn't realise this but Tejo is the soul of the show. Killing her was the first blunder and ever since the TRP is down. First they showed her as Tanya, when audience were sure now Tejo will be back they made her Tanya only, then when OG Tejo came back, she's an unstable person, we need normal Tejo & her aura back. Enough of the memory loss, bring back her memory already now!
