Lol they could easily be a thing... I doubt anyone else puts out stories like that. And ankit is almost notorious in keeping his boundaries, so unless it's ok with him, he would have objected. Like he got a reel by Isha down bcz she recorded him without his permission and next day it's not there. It's not casual, it's kinda intimate. But good for them and hopefully they'll hire a good PR.
