I highly doubt it. Karan wouldn't want to give her any extra attention. At this point, he's probably gritting his teeth that she's still active in BW through all these years

I don't think he dislikes her. But Shraddha and Parineeti were the original OG rivals of Alia around the time of SOTY/Highway. So I can definitely see him not wanting to draw attention to Shraddha now

Does he really care this much about Alia though? I am no Alia fan but honestly I have always found her talented, Parineeti was above average but she chose to focus more on her looks and physique, nothing wrong with that but still I think she could have honed her craft more because she had potential, Shraddha is pretty but I have never considered her an actress 😆
