The complaint has been accepted & a mail was sent to Star's grievance officer, cced to Hetal Modi the fan who drafted the complaint.

Hope something comes out of it because the complaint has been deemed as 'valid'.

Let's see.

Star will come up with some perfectly logical explanation. However, IBF have also said if the complainant is not happy with the response, she can write to them once again after 15 days.
