It indeed requires guts and a different mindset to pull this off. KD, as an actor is grabbing every opportunity to show his versatility, who needs awards when you get accolades from the audience, fans, friends, family and appreciation from the industry colleagues.

He had earlier put this out on his story , his take on the useless awards that’s floating around and undeserving people get it. That in itself shows it’s rigged and fake😕

I do wish he hadn't said anything because it gives more clout to these awards shows. But it is good that he is responding to the many people that are asking him. It's good that he is keeping the mindset that hardwork and talent will get you the support and love of the audience.

I am giving a sports comparison lol. Stephen Curry, NBA player, is the greatest shooter of all time and a top 10 player of all time but has never won a Finals MVP until this year, when he did win. That win didn't validate anything for anyone because he was already great, all it did was shut a few people up about his legacy. KD winning won't validate anything, it would be great, but it won't change how the fans and audience feel about him as an actor. They already like him as an actor and will continue to do so with or without awards. These awards are for those people that need awards to feel appreciated because the audience doesn't care for them.

Awwww! You like Steph Curry too! One of the most grounded Basketball players I have ever seen and his greatness is shining through in the sport almost on par with Kobe Bryant and if not able to reach MJ’s level, he is close enough. Steph Curry’s interviews are a pleasure to watch 😃 Kudos to his parents for a fantastic upbringing👏

KD doesn’t need validation from these awards when the organization giving the awards are worthless. It is like buying medals and trophies from the Dollar store which my kids would get plenty when they were little in elementary school, given to them by their teachers for spelling test or 💯 attendance, being the star student of the week. I have plenty sitting at home collecting dust and now my kids laugh at those things, don’t even want to take it with them when they move out 😆 All those things they did in HS and are still doing is what matters to them now😆 I don’t even know what I am going to do with them😆
So I compare these awards with the ones bought at a dollar store 😆 KD is much better than that 😃

I love Steph Curry. I live in Los Angeles so the Lakers are my team growing up and Kobe Bryant was my favorite player. Not a huge fan of LeBron but he did win Lakers another championship, so I'll tolerate him lol. After Kobe the only player I have been able to really connect with and root for is Steph Curry. He has gotten me to root for another California team other than the Lakers lol. His parents raised a real gentleman and a true motivation to young players that are starting out in the league.

These awards are clearly bought and the people attending them should be ashamed of themselves. The going rate for these awards are probably less than a dollar lol 🤣, because they gave these awards to literally anyone lol. KD also lets everyone know that he wasn't invited that's why he didn't go lol, so he cleared it from his end 🤣.

He seems hurt he wasnt invited, he already removed those stories. It must get to you after a while, to work harder than everyone else only for those vacationing and partying take away the awards in the end. These awards are a sham anyways, it was pointless even addressing it. They dont deserve any attention

SP ko anupama TRP de rha hai audience attract ho rhi hai to obvious hai use jyada bhaav milega. Mujhe to lagta hai SP wants to highlight shivi also but unke saath hamesha dora aati hai free me chipak ke isiliye pandya store ko highlight nhi kiya jaa rha. Pata nhi GADHA couple ne kya jadu kiya hai PS ke makers ho editors ho ya RWSP ho 2no ke makers editors sirf gadha ko focus kr rhe hai jb ki unki koi fan following bhi nhi hai as compared to shivi.

I feel there is seriously some jhol bcoz as anupama & imlie has audience base SP highlighted them so it is clear that SP works as per audience's taste but agar aisa hai to shivi center of attraction hone chahiye but aisa nhi ho rha hai mtlb kuch to pakka gadbad hai
