I mostly feel Manini and Hemant marriage wasnt Manini's first marriage. Otherwise it doesnt fit that Yuvaan is 22 and Palak-Myra are college students.

I think Hemant is not as good as he shows who did something very horrible to Manini.

That is impossible. Manini controls him totally and Hemant is very emotional person. After slapping Yuvaan in the party he immediately felt guilty for slapping him but Manini asked him not to apologize as he was wrong in saying that he marry 2 women like his dad. If he feel guilty for slapping his son there's no way he will be horrible to his wife.
