It’s Yuvan’s engagement ceremony. Friends n family have gathered . All look on as Banni gets Yuvan to the venue dressed up in new shervani .
Myra, charmi and buraj give a dance performance .
Niyati is about to gift Yuvan a dance performance. But Yuvan demands Banni to give dance performance for him , all are shocked . Everyone tries to explain that Niyati will get the chance to dance not Banni . Manini then asks Banni to dance for Yuvan and Niyati .
Banni then dances on the song “jag ghoomeya thare jaisa Na koi….” Yuvan soon joins Banni n dances with her . After dance Manini offers wad of cash to Banni . Banni is very hurt .
Dadu sa gets annoyed with Manini for her behaviour . But Banni accepts the Laxmi (wealth)and distributes it among the servants . They are thrilled to get the most needed cash for mother’s glasses n school fees etc . Dadu sa appreciates Banni for her selflessness.

Banni reminds Yuvan to recite the poetry he wrote for Niyati . Yuvan calls Niyati a buffalo n humiliates her n makes everyone laugh .Soon Yuvan exposes Charmi, how she had asked him to name Niyati as buffalo . The gentlemen then cover up and declare the act of poetry as entertainment and proceed with engagement . Soon they discover the rings are missing . Niyati gets annoyed and accuses Banni n lashes out at her . Hemant suspects Yuvan could have hidden them.
Banni realises Yuvan will get badly punished if he had hidden those rings.
Myra and Dadu sa are against Yuvan Niyati engagement , they discuss how Yuvan will himself do something . Banni probes Yuvan and realises he had not hidden the ring .
Niyati tries to make Yuvan eat continental food . He angrily throws the food away.
inside the food Yuvan accidentally finds the ring. He slips it into Banni's finer n declares yuvan Banninwere engaged. Everyone including Banni are shocked
