I will tell you what's happening. They want everyone to know they are together but if they broke up in the future they are can easily say we were always just good friends and we have always said we are single in IVs 😆. That way they can be safe from trolls. Hania and her ex dated openly and are still getting trolled for the breakup. They might not want that scenario.
