Anubhav is so smart but doesn't he find suspicious that Gungun isn't surprised about the fact that he knows about her and Ranvijay? He was hiding right? so technically she shouldn't know about him knowing already this "betrayal"

Nahin, maybe RV told Anubhav. In the SBS clip, they have a tense conversation. At the end, Anubhav pats RV’s jacket and moves on.
