itv Audience includes people from every age group . So they can't show much. Kids and teenagers also watch. 👍🏼That will have a bad impact on small children😅.

P.S - I like your dp mahaara dave🤣🤣😈😎.

that's true but intimacy like face close to each other or just a brush of hand over back isn't that explicit imo. Kids these days watch and knows a lot of stuff which we didn't know in their age lol

Haha i have many collections as such of actors so 😂

Aaj kal ke baccho ko yeh sab sikhaane ki zarurat hi nahi padti. They usually know a lot more than adults. Even if they don't watch TV there are various ways to know these things. Other forms of technology with the internet and without supervision zindabaad. 🤣🤣

Ok before I comment on your topic, belated happy birthday! smiley27

I have seen your birthday thread GAed but I got really late in replying. I hope you had a wonderful one. I know we don't interact that much but I'm a silent reader of your posts....and I love them.❤️

Back to your topic, I couldn't resist to comment on it . 😆

ITV weddings are far from real life. If I get married In Shaa Allah, I would love to keep it simple with no grand receptions and all. With grand receptions, it means a lot of waste of food, which is heartbreaking...and people will always criticize so...the lesser, the best😎

The way marriages are shown in serials or movies do have an impact on people. In my family, some weddings were really grand and I felt small somehow. I do feel that still in 2022, if you don't have up to date clothes (especially for girls) then you are seen as "outdated"...

Ohh... thank you very much for the good words and birthday wishes. ❤️

All human interactions are in a way great chances to learn or teach, and are thus a constant process throughout our lives. 🤗 Friendly interactions with IF members are very precious to me.❤️ Thanks once again.

Back to the topic-- I fully agree with you regarding the serial marriages, television influence and the young adult’s perception of marriage. There are several serials which are misleading the younger viewers and not only entertaining them but also affecting their minds in different ways.

The unrealistic relationships that are priority to these serial makers. Indian Serial writers are very obsessed with vulgar display of wealthy marriages and pregnancy related storyline, lots of melodrama, twists, saas-bahu, husband's illegal and immoral affairs and other negative stories.

I am still in awe at how the makers handled the amazing family dynamics in the Dekh Bhai Dekh serial; how nice watching it!

Since I m a maharashtrian, i will definitely tell all of u about a serial 'eka lagnachi dusri gosht' .

It was aired in 2012.

There also the main leads don't want to get married at all.

But the family keeps on searching the groom /bride for the leads untill one fine day both the set of parents decides to meet and talk with each other for the first time.

It's a typical arrange marriage situation.

The leads decides to get married with each other only on one condition of contract marriage for a year. (6 months stay with each orher and another 6 months for divorce proceedings).

As the ML wants to go at US , and FL don't want to get married at all coz of her papa who will be living alone after her marriage.

What happens next is really worth watching .

The FL comes to the ML's home (her sasuraal)

And then the story progression is so.so.good, sweet, cute, innocent ,pure.

All the family members of ML are tooooo sweet, especially the Aaji(grandmom).

Do watch this series .It's just of 194 or 196 episodes. It got over in just 6 months.

The direction, the scenes, the dialogues ,the cast ,their acting .... Everything was so good.😊👌

Directors and writers, they show marriage as a drama or high point of the serial. But actually marriage is the pure relationship between two people.

They show like one is nothing and other as in power, they should change that Or not show at all.
