That is the whole sadness about this year's season.
Most of us here look forward to, or think about, what PD or Aru will sing and I am sure elsewhere Salman fans are doing the same.
I think if we look at the Season 1 discussion on IF, it was mostly about the kids, as it should be..

I am so so done with these yesteryear actors - the others in queue will be Poonam Dhillon, Padmini Kolhapure, Jeetendra, Anita Raj, Asha Parekh, and the Deols 🙄😳.
And the poor kids are made to jump & shout & give a rousing welcome. They are several generations down the lane & are asked to fake excitement, ( last weekend was liberally sprinkled with the same footage of Aruna Das cheering 😃) At least they are not asked to start a query with “ ma’m/sir, mein aapka badaaa fan hoon” etc… 😃
(I think Samaira was given a query for zeenat, right? )

Bring some new guests which the kids can relate to at least. And in the process we will get some variety.
