Exactly if they spent at least 5 minutes on Sai's pain, her opinion on trying for another child so soon we can understand that she's under tremendous pressure to give that happiness to Virat. As far as we know their first pregnancy wasn't planned, so who knows maybe she wishes to wait for at least another year till she's stable in her profession and has healed both physically and mentally. Did anyone ask if she actually wants to have a kid again or has it always been Virat's kid?

But since raja babu was going on and on about a kid he had no worry for before she miscarried she must be feeling it's the only way to save their marriage. In this pressure she might even allow Pakhi to become surrogate cuz she too is depressed and doesn't want to disappoint the family again. I just want that old Sai Joshi brain back, she can handle her problems by herself.

I feel BK will make Ashwini talk to Sai and convince her about Pakhi. That news won't go out of the house etc.

Ideally Karishma should been surrogate though she doesn't have any kid. Pakhi has a life ahead since sam is no more.

That 730 show PS ka twist is nice.

They should have done that to Samrat and made him come back later.
