NCB accepted very first day in front of Magistrate that Aryan had no drugs and neither consumed on that day. However his whatsapp chats Impied his involvement in drug network which needed further investigation.

Prior to investigation whatsapp chats can be accepted as pre-investigation starting point so court granted Judicial Custody. That's what happen under all cases.

However WhatsApp chats arent admissable while filling chargesheet as evidence. And because NCB weren't able to gather further evidences.. therefore Aryan was granted bail and later clear of all charges.

Now beleive what you want to believe.

So where does judicial custody come here? The preliminary investigation does not require custody, the person being investigated can be called in for regular questioning, just like how your Wankhede is being investigated but not in custody yet.

From where did you get that someone can be taken into custody without any admissible proof, while an investigation is still on? That literally happens nowhere, even in cases where big scams are invovled. And if the procedure was all correct, then why is the NCB admitting it's 'error' in holding Aryan Khan? It's clearly said that its whole process was faulty, in its statement. Explain that if you wish to, and more importantly, if you can.

There is no point explaining when you don't have knowledge of how judicial system functions and I'm not here to teach you.

Btw Court doors are open and Aryan Lawyers aree free to file a case for "illegal custody of the Aryan khan" and not just Aryan lawyer you can also go in court for whatever you feel about the Aryan case, go hire a lawyer for his illegal custody.

Whenever someone throws a curveball at you that you don't understand, you go like, "You don't know this and that". 🤣This is a pattern with you.

Do you know that SIT chief has said that NCB was not justified in seizing Aryan's phone in the first place? And has alleged that NCB was working actively to implicate him despite 'underwhelming evidence'? Must you show off your glaring ignorance at every possible chance you get?

Do you know that a medical test is mandatory on any suspected dug users, which NCB didn't do? NCB didn't do any videography of the raid, which is an indispensable part of the procedure? Please educate yourself on the basics instead of preaching to others.

And no, a suspect cannot be taken into custody in the absence of damning evidence, even while he/she is being investigated. They can be called for questioning/interrogation, but not arrested until any tangible findings are made.

Stop with the juvenile reasoning already.
