Well. I couldn't watch the 3rd last episode. I couldn't watch Mahir cheating on Mehru. It is painfull.. I know , coz I relate to Mehru very much.

If a woman gets married to a much younger guy.. she'll always be insecure . Coz age isn't just a number.. it is a danger. Men looks don't matter but women need to look good , coz men don't see much beyond the looks.😒

Mahir isn't a cheater. Islam allows men to have a doosri biwi if he can be justice with both. But the problem here that he isn't telling Mehru. He wants to get married first then tell her.. which is completely wrong. 😔

And I don't think Mahir can look to any other beautifull girl. It is just for his 1st love that he became like this. Old habits don't die. So is 1st love.😳

Finally watched the 2nd last ep.. and it was an eye opener.🤓

I like it that this drama was different, and dealed with this topic realisticly. 👍🏼

Mehru found out about Mahir and Narmeen , but she didn't believe it 1st.. then realization started coming slowly. Mahir didn't look happy seeing her back, didn't praise her look, kept a distance when she came close, and when the girls in the function were gossiping about them, insteed of shutting them up he left.. this isn't the Mahir which Mehru knows.. so following him the next day was justified.. he won't tell her.. so she has to know.👏

Mahir's sudden caring for his mom is only because she tells him to marry Narmeen which is his wish. He didn't listen to his father when tried to advice him, because he made up his mind. Now even if he was a loyal husband.. he'll keep listening to the remarks about his marriage with an older woman for money.. non can believe the opposite. He is young and handsome.. and he needs to have children of his blood, not become a stepfather to those of his age. I keep saying the same about the PM of France.😆 And I really think that he is 🤪

Now I am excited to see how the last ep will be. If Mehru accepts him back it will be just a compromise, she won't trust him anymore. Will Mahir realize his mistake, or just after knowing that Narmeen wants only a secured future with her lover, and doesn't want another struggle.This is important . Coz if he realizes it before, it means that Mehru made her way to his heart, and that he can't live without her.. if after, then he must get kicked off.😃

Mahir’s dialogue about Mehru and his willingness to dump Mehru without a second thought ruined the drama. They could have shown him confused and struggling between loving Mehru and his first love. But they didn’t even show that. He went to the lengths of insulting Mehru to Narmeen. It’s such a hurtful betrayal.

It’s a painful ending and I am wondering what the writers are trying to tell the audience? They put so many good messages at the beginning of the drama and now they pull the rug out from under us. Is the lesson that actually older women should not get married to younger men because of looks? That Mehru was idiot and women should stay single and heartbroken forever?

Dobara will always make me sad and nothing could happen in the last episode to fix this.

I agree with it. Not only with younger age boy. Even husbands deceive wives who are younger than them. So unfortunately mostly men are not loyal to their spouse as compare to women.

Now i find it hypocrisy to use religion for own benefit. Yes he can marry 4 times but on which cost. A man can marry second time by hurting her first wife. Aisy main religion card kaam nhi anaa. Islam main Tab taak maafi nhi hai jab taak jisko humney hurt kiya hai woh maaf na kardey. Aur first wife ka dil dukha ky dusri shadi kar bhi lein toh uss husband ko bhi khushi nhi miley gi.

In this case, mehru is being pro mahan but it does not mean that she did not get hurt. She is getting hurt with Mahir's attitude. Chahye Mehru na bhi boley kuch but we all know he did wrong with her. Kisi ky saath bura kar ky koi zaida deir taak khush nhi reh sakhta. I have seen many such examples in real life.

I am not defending Mahir. It is the reality of our society, and maybe in men's nature. I said he did wrong by not telling Mehru about Narmeen. I agree he is selfish.. but as s young man we can't expect much maturity from him.. even with old man sometimes they never grow up. At least Mahir tried.. he supported Mehru , took care of her buissness, saved the marriage of her daughter, retained her daughter's in law's dignity. He used to treat Mehru well, he was ready to leave the company for Affan. He was greedy but for love and secured life.. but when a man has it all , he never satisfy.. and here in the point. Mahir wants more.. and for this he'll pay the price. As I told you Nina I relate more to Mehru coz I am the same age group like her. I too am married to a younger husband.. but I keep the least of expectations , and I hope I am not wrong.😒

I can understand from where you coming. And I totally agree with you. Men are like that. Out of 100 men atleast 85 are like that. It is a a sad reality of our society. A woman can compromise and live her life for a man but man can't do this. If we relate yes such stories do exist in real world. Infact world is full of such stories where husbands do cheat on their wives. Punjabi main kehty hain ky Shohar(husband) Sharhaney(pillow) da saanp(snakes) hon dy ny. And unfortunately it's true. I am not denying that this story is realistic. But My point is that when all this is already happening in real world why are they promoting it more in dramas. Yan toh mehru mahir ko chor ky sabko kuch wapis ly ly taaky mahir ko aur issey sab husbands ko thora lesson miley.

Maybe they want to show couples that before getting committed to someone, you should think of it .. many ppl in this thread said that they don't agree to Mehru marrying Mahir, and that she should've take her time and choose a more suitible guy. It is true. There was no love attached to this marriage.. Mehru just wanted a partner, but Mahir claimed to be in love with her which is false . And I am happy that those false acclaims are finally are getting discussed . Now Mehru is coming to know about his real intentions from getting married to her.

He lives in Kuwait. He visits us once a year.. but due to Covid, he came after 2 years. Alhamdulillah we spent a good time togather .. now he is there. Thank you for the wishes. May Allah bless you and your family ❤️
