That region has their own folk I think ( 'raaginis') . They used to get telecast on local cable iirc . Late 90s/early 2000s . There might be some timeless classic among them I guess , usually for social occasions . And yeah , probably not inclusive of Sapna genre (save for bachelor night out) .

Interestingly , it also somewhere rhymes with 'taar bijli se-GOW' & given its lyrics also....could be an old folk (a Bhojpuri member can tell better) . Wonder also about 'wat wat wat - Tamasha' .
