Thank you Pooja for this lovely review. I liked today’s episode.. specially the Abhira part and how they truly complete and compliment each other. Water and fire; calm and anger- they truly balance each other out. Abhi can be as angry and upset as he can be but akshu’s maturity/ calmness/kindness will always keep situations under control and their relationship intact. On other hand, abhi’s practical, no nonsense attitude will make sure that no one can take advantage of akshu niceness and that her respect is always maintained.

On the flip side, the same qualities that make them perfect for each other can also sometimes be the cause of rift between them. Akshu’s niceness can lead her to sacrifice herself and by extension them (abhi-ar marriage) and abhi’s anger can cloud his judgement (situation currently). The only solution is communication and trust. And it’s building slowly but steadily.

As you said Pooja, abhi has been conditioned to protect Manjari since the very beginning just like how akshu was conditioned to look after ar. Akshu’s love will slowly make him see things from all perspectives and not just from Manjari’s POV. But it’s not going to be overnight change. It’s going to be baby steps. And until then, abhi and Akshu and Manjari will keep getting caught in the middle of drama and it will always be tug of war between their perspectives with abhi caught in middle just like how akshu was caught between abhi and ar.

But their love is stronger than everything else. Even today, Abhi was trying so hard to not melt and it looked so very cute!! 😆 I was literally smiling 😊

Neil- He is not wrong in what he was saying today but his thinking is on wrong track. He is thinking no one understands him but he doesn’t realize that abhi/akshu/parth/shefali are all his well wishers and on his side even when they don’t understand what he is going through. Arohi will definitely be successful in poisoning his mind some day if not today, but at the end- his senses will come back and abhira’s love and selflessness will win him back.

Mahima- I can definitely see she is angry with harsh for what he did but again her priority is hospital and when it comes to saving hospital, she is willing to overlook injustice done to her sister 🙄

Anand/ Harsh- they are truly brothers with single track mind- “Birla hospital above everything else” .

I so want a track where these people loose that damn hospital and then they realize that life is much more than professional success, materialistic comforts and social status.

Akshu asks Abhi to wear janeyu for the pooja because it is a big one. He doesn’t resist and lets her put it on him. He looks at her so affectionately. He is melting and deep down, he knows she is not at fault in this. It is the circumstances that have created this situation, and Manjari is his trigger. Manish is talking about how you cannot separate professional from personal and Kairav says that Akshu is being blamed for something she didn’t do. Manish and Swarna say let the storm blow over in the family.

Akshu facetimes Swarna and Neil. Neil tries walking away, but Akshu starts talking about the power of yashoda and how not everyone is lucky enough to have a mom. Neil is visibly impacted by this. No one knows the importance of a mother more than Akshu, and Neil knows that. So, hearing this from her, he melts. Akshu knows how to touch everyone’s hearts. He cannot not listen to her. She asks him to come to the havan, but leaves it up to him.

Abhi hears this and tells her that this was her plan, not Mimi’s. He says that he cannot see Manjari’s hope increasing or else her heart will break and he won’t be able to forgive her. Again, this is his conditioning as protector of his mother, whom he sees as a victim of abuse. His words are so harsh towards Akshu, but I cannot blame him for his emotional attachment to his mother. A huge apology better be on its way.

Akshu asks him why he always thinks negative and he says she needs to think practically. She says she has and she knows Neil will come. He asks for proof, and she says that sometimes you don’t need proof— the heart should be enough. And, this applies so perfectly to Abhira’s relationship as where it stands right now. Abhi and Akshu have both developed differently in response to their respective trauma. Abhi assumes the worst, whereas Akshu assumes the best. She has faith, whereas he is too afraid to. But, she understands that, and her faith is enough for the both of them.

Akshu is about to fall and he catches her. He says do a pooja for yourself too, but she says that she has him to protect her and she won’t let this family scatter. The epitome of who they are. As long as he is with her, she has all the strength to tackle any challenge in the world. As long as she has his support, she knows she can heal this family. Right now, he may not be showing it, but he is with her in his heart. Akshu kisses his cheek and leaves. He looks so deeply touched in this scene. Her love >>>>> his anger any day.

The board meeting happens and the hospital needs Manjari to publicly apologize to Harsh in order for Harsh not to be fired.

The havan is happening and Neil arrives. Aarohi brought him and has vile thoughts of more things going wrong and how Neil is still distraught which means more issues for Abhi. She leaves.

Abhi looks at Akshu when Neil arrives. He is trying so hard not to smile. Again, it is her faith that made this happen, and he knows it. This is why he fell in love with her and keeps falling deeper in love with her. It is her goodness and kindness.

Neil asks Akshu where Harsh is. He then says he cannot let go how if Manju had told the truth, he would be so different today and get the respect he needed. He is spitting facts here, but Abhi comes and defends Manju once again. I understand him like I said before, but he is entirely blind to his brother’s pain. I feel really really bad for Neil. What Manju did was so wrong.

Harsh calls Manju and manipulates her into coming to the hospital. As she is leaving, Akshu sees her and says she cannot let her go alone and gets into the car.

Abhi comes out to learn from the worker that they have gone to the hospital and gets pissed again. It is Akshu’s nature to not see people in pain. Manjari is a mess, so there is no way she was going to let her go alone.

It seems to me today Mahima really did not agree to a lot of things that Anand and Harshvardhan was saying today. When Anand threatened that all three would walk if Harshvardhan had to step down as CEO, Mahima had this look on her face like when did I ever agree to that. She also did not want to call her sister to ask her to come to the hospital. But she ultimately did it because her husband told her to as Birla Hospital was on the line. Anand as usual just wants to resolve things regardless of the situation. Didn't even give a moments pause to understand what this would do to Manjari. Again everything is about the hospital. Harshvardhan, simply appalled by the way this man behaves 😡 He lied that the hospital would get shut down and how all the people would lose their jobs and had to throw in Abhimanyu's name to get Manjari to come.

I'm am excited to see what is happening or not happening at the hospital.

Neil:

It is hard not to wonder what life would have been like if everyone had known. This revelation is still so fresh in his mind. I totally get where he is coming from. He always was appreciative of what he got because he knew he was an "orphan" and because of that he never asked for anything more than what he thought he should have. The fact is Harshvardhan never considered him as his own so even though Neil probably has a college degree it probably wasn't to the most prestige school. Harshvardhan probably did not care about what profession he wanted to go into. So even if Neil let's say wanted to become a lawyer or a doctor Neil would never have felt comfortable asking for that schooling and Harshvardhan would never have given it to him. Neil has every right to still be upset with Manjari. Harshvardhan is at fault as well for his general behavior but at the end of the day the man did not know the truth about his own son.

Akshu and Abhimanyu:

Akshu's positivity and the way she is navigating things will eventually bring everyone together. I do worry for her when she goes to the hospital. I hope she at least remembers to call Abhimanyu just let him know where they are (even though we know he found out they were going to the hospital). She knows how he can get and he his mind still isn't at the right place just yet. He still believes she was the one who told Neil his truth. So there is this trust factor happening hence this duo isn't exactly on the same wave length and working in step to resolve the situation.

Abhimanyu of course is going to be super worried for his mother as he knows Harshvardhan's tricks and Akshu doesn't know them. Also because his mind isn't fully at ease he is doubting not Akshu's intentions but what potential mistake could come about because of her.

I said before that Akshara didn't have any fault in the DNA results coming out in front of Neil and everyone else and she didn't. Today I liked her setting up the Havan with Parth and participating in it. Convincing Neil to come back. But then she intefered again . Like ffs why. Why did she have to go with Manjari, let Manjari go to the hospital. Now Abhi who already had the misunderstanding of her interfering in his family matters will again think that she intefered. It was so obvious from his reaction when the servant told him that Akshara also went with Manjari.

Understandably, but Manjari herself is not in any condition to go by herself. This woman is still very distraught. Akshu tried to stop her and get to the reason why. But since Manjari wasn't listening she decided fine I will go with you. It is in her nature to help as she isn't going to let someone who is very shaken up go off by themselves.

The family situation is already out in the open. Abhimanyu has to learn now that there is some here to help him. Would it really be better if Akshu was standing outside and then Abhimanyu came and is like where is Ma? And Akshu goes oh she said she was going to the hospital and I was just going to tell you. Abhimanyu would have probably said and you didn't try and stop her and let her go? Abhimanyu has to learn that he cannot be everywhere all at once.

At this point in time I don't really see her as interfering. She's just making sure this woman is going to make it to her destination in one piece.
