Yes we got Maheku or Rishek. Yep happily and doesn't make sense at all.

I also thought that it could be the twin of Rishab as his body language seems bit different

Watch it for Urvashi. She has the best character sketch. She is using Mahek for her own gain. She found out that they were naagins during holy celebration. So she instigated Mahek and Mahek always wanted to be SSSN. It would have been better if we got fladhback about this plot but so far none. Pratha Mahek and Rishabh are unbearable for now.
