Right. I don’t know who the comment was for, But to be fair it’s natural to say your real name. But with the buzz around this couple. Lot of these shows are scripted.Arjun’s comment must be on purpose but even if it’s his own it fits the couple

It was bts where everyone one was instructed..

This won't be shown in the actual episode..Arjun comment was not for any purpose but it was only incidental..
