It would be interesting if Manjari starts seeing all the kids that are on her side slowly start shifting to Akshu. Neil is the first as he love his bhabhi. Then Parth will come next as she will help get the job at the charity hospital and renew his passion for music and medicine. With Parth happy maybe Shefali will switch over as well. We can then have a track for Nishtha. Abhimanyu is already there in Akshu's corner as she is already his wife. But we may soon get a scene where Abhimanyu will choose Akshu over Manjari.

Then boom Manjari starts plotting to kick out Akshu. She will bring Arohi into the house in the hopes of carrying favor for Harshvardhan who has a bit of soft spot for Arohi as he thinks she is a great doctor. Also Neil may be trying to get into the good books with his father so he will agree to marry Arohi. Neil is doing hospital administration and may one day inherit the hospital. Abhimanyu may be the top surgeon but he will only be the employee. Arohi who wants the best will go for Neil as she will then be a top doctor in the hospital but her husband has the authority over everyone as he is in administration ergo she owns the hospital.
