There was nothing specified by that chat. Presumably the girl is an adult as nothing was specified(if she's underage that's a whole new level fkery). Also the only chat they showed was of him approaching a woman was that of asking for friendship nd all. There was no breach of consent in that chat, there was not even anything sexual in it. It was a normal chat.
