Well many people didn't even knew what has happened and come as a eye opener and how systematically the whole thing was whitewashed.
Some critics mentioned is too one-sided which I believe is completely fine as this movie was just dealing with Kashmiri Hindus and the ordeal they faced. For other things there have been other movies like Maachis, Haider, etc
But there is a certain lobby which feels uncomfortable that truth is coming out now.
Its not like things have been perfect before Kashmir Files.
