Let me start off by saying Rupali and GK's acting is par excellence - and so is the social message.

Gau/Rup can take any crappy script and put their heart/soul not just emoting but making the viewer feel what the character is feeling.

Shah house: Just as precap says Toshu/Samar having fun times - cute banter - Most cringy part was samar says does notice Mr. Shah's pain but doesn't care. then he leaves (while Vanraj happens to listen to it) Toshu tells vanraj that slowly Samar will be back to his dad, and that both your sons will be with you!

Kinjal is twirling - falls, is afraid something happened to the baby - but Toshu reassures here that nothing is wrong.

Mumbai:

Long story short: Looks like MaAn will be adopting that young Anu down the line - Just not this week or next - Longterm making way for Anupamaa 2.0 for the leap most likely

Anu and Anuj meet Abhay, and discuss adoption, especially girl adoption.

Social message: Only 1% of ppl adopt a child say that people visit religious places but never doors of an orphanage - the only time - to give them away.

Anupama says, people try everything to have a child, and they should, people should consider being yashoda/nand.

They discuss that Adoption should be normalized

Anupama says she also had 3 kids, and back then their circumstances were different. Now her point of view has changed.

Anuj apologizes to Anu for bringing to her an orphanage on their honeymoon. She says she is happy because this experience has introduced her to his deepest thoughts and that's what marriage is about - soulmates.

Eventually, they take her out and enjoy a beach outing - cute banter -
