Akshu comes to help Manjari in the kitchen and says that she won't let her work alone. Even though Akshu is working, she still wants to make sure Manjari isn't doing everything alone, and I love that about her.
Abhi comes and tries to get her attention and we get the precap sequence. He fakes getting mad and goes upstairs. Akshu goes with methidana water and they have some cute back and forth banter. This scene was so domestic!! Of course Neil comes and interrupts them again.
Manjari is ripping up the adoption papers and throwing them away, but one page falls onto the ground. That same page ends up in Akshu's file because she drops her papers and has to pick them all up. She later discovers this paper and wonders how it got there especially because Manjari said to stay away from this, so how can she be so careless.
Akshu is waiting for Abhi to leave for work and she is taunted by HAM on how she will be staff now and has to obey orders. Akshu again shuts them up saying that she will add value and her sincerity will remain the same anywhere. She says she wants to make her own identity like Abhi did. She was so polite and respectful that once again, they had no response at the end. Akshu knows very well how to stand up for herself, and she is showing that to HAM more and more powerfully.
Akshu gets to work and there is a sick kid who is being sent to a private hospital. She learns that this happens a lot. She calls Abhi to ask if he can come help the child. He gets pissed to learn what is going on and comes and blasts the hospital. One of the nurses makes a comment that Akshu is using her husband for power. Abhi wants to blast her too, but Akshu stops him.
Abhira have an argument in the hallway. Akshu says that the solution isn't fighting here and now the kid won't be helped. She says that corruption is everywhere, but sometimes keeping quiet and silently solving things is the best remedy. Abhi gets upset and says he cannot stay silent. Abhira both have different approaches to dealing with problems. Abhi cannot stay silent and wants to tackle it loudly, whereas Akshu believes in patience. She wants to slowly make a difference. I understand Abhi is outspoken and his heart is in the right place, but once again, today his anger put Akshu in a bad spot. She was embarrassed at work, and her sincerity was questioned. Abhi needs to learn how to control his anger, because it keeps unintentionally impacting his wife.
He goes and knocks over a cart too and then helps the man pick it up and help him.
Akshu comes home and is blasted by HAM. She tries to explain that Abhi came on his own and she just wanted to help the kid. Harsh and Mahima refuse to hear her and blame her for using Abhi for her own gains. Harsh threatens her that if any harm comes to Abhi's reputation, he will forget that she is a Birla too. This seems to be foreshadowing of the adoption kaand too. And once again, the music department situation has arisen at home -- Abhi's impulsive behavior has put Akshu in a tough situation. She is being blamed for something that was not her fault at all. I hope that Abhi starts to realize and understand this soon, or else Akshu will keep bearing the brunt. I know his anger is his trauma response and how he has learned to deal with problems, but now, Akshu is in his life too and he needs to be mindful!
Parth once again spoke up for Akshu today -- he is finding his voice!
Harsh tells everyone that there is DNA testing happening tomorrow (for new equipment in the hospital) and Manjari drops a tray of water. Akshu knows something is deeply wrong. Abhi comes and explains to Manjari what the DNA testing does, and she freaks out even more...with Akshu noticing.
Precap is Harsh talking about DNA testing. Abhi is reading a list of doctors coming and Harsh and Manjari both freak out at Dr. Avani. I guess she is Abhi or Neil's birth mom! Also, the Birla hospital was built on Manjari's father's land!!

Akshu and this Charity Trust Hospital:
There is definitely something going on at that hospital. Is the management just taking money and not serving the people? Or is it possible that Dr. Navin is being uncooperative forcing the charity hospital to operate the way they are? Either way I understand that Akshu called Abhi in an effort to help the child because he needed it but at the same time Abhi already has an issue with that hospital and he was bound to explode on them. Akshu probably trusted that he would not have acted like that and be professional about it but instead he let his anger get the better of himself and ended up landing Akshu in a tough position. Her co-workers are now questioning her intent and her in-laws found out that one of their doctors went to another hospital and berated the staff. It doesn't look good on either side. I have to slightly agree with Harsh's statement to Akshu about her calling Abhi knowing the way he is. Because for them this hospital is the main source of income for this family and it is important that it remains controversy free. They cannot have Abhi being a loose cannon which everyone in the household knows he can be. And as much as Harshvardhan is still vile in his words. He also knows he has trouble controlling his son but he does recognize that Akshu has some ability to reason with him. Abhi cannot misbehave regardless of how he feels about something and whether his intentions were to fight for patient rights, protect his wife, mother, brother, or any other family member for that matter. His actions have equal and or stronger consequences to the people he is trying to protect or fight for.

Akshu keeps getting pulled into things without her doing anything 😆 as typical bahu of the house pieces of information are being dropped in front of her and she is on high alert carefully observing Manjari's and maybe even Harsvardhan's behavior.
I'm going to give my final theory and then shut up about it 😆 let's see how long that lasts. I have not read any of the other pages today other than Pooja's recap so if I end up repeating something that someone already said sorry.
So I'm going to try to keep this simple and think like the writers 😆. One thing we know they don't remember much and they leave things vague. So I'm just going to say that we need to forget about age.
Birla family wants to build their hospital and they need land. The land they want is owed by Manjari and Mahima's family. Their family agree to a business deal that includes marriage of the Birla boys to Manjari and Mahima. Harshvardhan had a girlfriend that is Dr. Avani. He wanted to marry her but due to the business deal he had to break it off and was forced to marry Manjari. He misplaces his anger on Manjari for having lost his love Dr. Avani. What Harshvardhan does not know is that Dr. Avani was pregnant with his child (Abhi). Fast forward maybe a 3 years later, Manjari is separated from Harshvardhan and living with her parents. Harshvardhan does not know that Manjari was pregnant when he sent her away. He's been too busy building Birla Hospital. Manjari ends putting Neil in the orphanage or maybe allows Neil to play there. That is when she meets Abhi who is around 4 years old and he plays with little Neil who is three. She eventually finds out her Neil's best friend Abhi is actually Harshvardhan and Dr. Avani's love child. Maybe she ran into Dr. Avani one day visiting Abhi? Anyways, she decides to adopt Abhi from the orphanage but to cover her tracks on the paper she forges the name to be Neil instead. Maybe through family coaxing Harshvardhan decides to patch up with his wife and he goes and meets her discovering he is a father. This could be another reason he is upset with Manjari as she hide their child from him. He instantly loves Abhi and agrees to take them back. Abhi wants Neil to come with him and thus Harshvardhan begrudgingly agrees. So Harshvardhan thinks they adopted Neil who is actually is his real son when Abhi is the adopted child. He does not know that Abhi is the the offspring of him and Dr. Avani.
Abhi knows the truth about his birth and he sees how Harshvardhan treats Manjari this woman who adopted him and brought him into the house to be raised by his father. So he's indebted to Manjari for saving his life and hates his father for the treatment he dishes out on her. But he does not know about Neil's real origins. He probably just thought he is my childhood bro from the orphanage. The biggest pain for Abhi when things are revealed is that Manjari allowed her own son to be mistreated by the family and be called "not a Birla" his entire life only to give him the illegitimate child a place in the family. I believe that is what Abhi will be upset about that he took his brother's rightful position. I could see him leaving the family so that Neil gives the place he deserves. Also he may not want to harm the family now that his secret is open to the entire family. And for some reason I have a feeling Akshu will get dragged into it and the family will blame her for what occur. So Abhi will take her away so they can no longer hurt her. Then I think something else will happen where Akshu will defend the Birla family that makes them calm down and welcome her back into the Birla household.

To Pinga or Not to Pinga that is the Question:
Nice to see Akshu being just as bold today making him understand she is just as eager as he is in consummating their relationship. Poor Neil must be being bashed again by Bird app kidz. At least this time he announced himself way in advance before he came in. Also, these two need to learn to close and lock that door if they really want to get any action.
So scrubs pinga is Abhi's idea? I'm not really sure how going to the hospital would stop people from interrupting them. He is a doctor after all. There will be a patient who is going need attention 🤣
Also, I thought Abhi was on vacation? What is he doing at the hospital? Don't tell me that is why he thinks he can just go to his office and have pinga without anyone interrupting them 🤣
