That seems weird. Usually actors give a statement to the newspaper or just ignore without commenting.
How do fans know that they came live to clarify?
The live is all over Twitter. It is very weird and uncalled for. Every big couple on ITV has been linked together. Harshad has had rumors saying that he married his costars secretly. These 2 actors are single. Even married actors get rumors of having affairs on their husbands and wives. They should just ignore it. It seems unlike Harshad to give so much attention to this. Maybe because Pranali is new she wanted to clear it up but even then it should be avoided. Garima and Rishi were both in the live watching. So seems that the team agreed. Sharad Malhotra's wife fought with his fans and the actor chose to maintain silence..those N fans were crazy. The article was published in Bombay Times.
After rishta PR is going to sign shows or web series. Suppose the shipping continues and her co star isn't as cooperative like HC..

My third guess is HC has a girlfriend who is sensitive.
Haan way worse things and rumors have been spread than 2 actors dating each other. This is every day stuff in Indian television. And it is also normal for big newspapers to publish this stuff. That is just how it goes. If she asked Harshad to go live I can not imagine him agreeing just like that. He would have told her to ignore it. As he has done with all of the rumors spread about him. @Bold This is the strangest thing for me to digest. I have never seen Harshad give fuel to such rumours. I would have expected him to make Pranali understand to ignore this and I'm pretty sure the rumours began many months ago so what happened suddenly that Pranali became so nervous?

It does not make sense at all. That is why the team must have been involved. People who have been following him know that he would never ever ever do this on his own. He would ignore and tell her to ignore too. Dating rumors are nothing when you compare with other types of rumors that float around about actors. Just take Harshad for example. This is an ant compared to the types of things that have been said about him. These articles come out with every co actress of his. He has never addressed them, let alone come on a 15 minute live talking about it. Sure, Pranali was the one denying it, but he was adding fuel to the fire too by all of his sly comments. This seems to be a tactic for sure by the team. Not to mention that Pranali had herself already denied these rumors in her quotes in the articles published. The media game LOL seriously now when the actors themselves decide for whatever reason to deny the rumors some are finding it fishy and thinking the opposite. Its like darn if you don't (no comment) and darn if you do comment (whether on a personal Instagram or through an official article) 😆
Because the media can mis quote comments and the like sometimes saying anything in an article isn't enough. Even in a TV interview words can be edited. But a direct Instagram Live there is no editing and straight talk.
I for one will choose to believe the actors official words. Its really none of our busy if they are friends, aren't friends, aren't dating, or are dating.
Let's just focus on the show for those still watching.
