But as per law if anu-gun sindoor kand is considered legal then what he and gungun are doing is not extra marital affair,they are just a couple hidding their relationship
but the he had committed a crime by getting married for the second time , he could go to prison for 7-10 years
If the Sindoor kand is deemed just a emotional thing done by anubabu in heat of the moment then it's not a legal relationship not according to Hindu marriage act or special marriage act
But then what they are doing is full on extra marital affair, cheating , adultery and if this is proven then Anu can get divorce or annulment from akriti and the funny part he won't even go to Jail bcuz cheating/adultery is not considered a criminal offence since 2018 before that it was punishable with 5 yr jail time. He might have to pay fine or alimony for the mental torture caused due to his cheating

same, I'm so done with AnuGun being always separated🤔 there was a point before the whole Akriti fiasco, that anugun had very few scenes and it was all about family drama, but we still watched cause their nok jhok were hilarious. Then the writers forced this nonsensical marriage of Akriti and Anubhav into the picture that it's not taking the show anywhere. We are watching the same things since a month. For now the writers should end the Ronnie chapter asap, cause GG already tried to suicide to not marry him, making Anubhav to misunderstand her again would be a suicide move from the writers, also Garima knows about the blackmail so...just end this chapter and free us from this whole maang sindoor loop. True... The Sindor wife and secret meetings with RKC playing jassos instigated by RV has become too repetitive. Even RV's attempts at forced marriage, blackmail marriage.... So conclude the track and bring in something else if they are going to continue the show. It has become too illogical to bear, when all i can think of is why isn't she lodging a complaint against the stalking and blackmail (the officer who investigated Holi seems a reasonable fellow to approach)... Actually if AnuGun are going to continue with their relationship the way they are doing now, then what is there to blackmail?
We all want Akriti's part in the Party fiasco to come out..Only RKC and Maya know of the manipulation. But now that Maya left, how is it going to happen? Are we going to get that actor as repeating guest appearance???*shudders* Can't stand that character or the actor.
Since they let us have some AnuGun romance and comparatively peaceful episodes I guess they might put us back in the roller coaster ride next week.
the blackmail won't hold any meaning if anugun will reveal their marriage, Ronnie should once and for all end up in jail, it's still a mystery how he managed to bail out after the forced marriage lol The show is definitely heading to a high voltage drama but I hope it will be handled in an addictive yet sensible way. I don't know if you know but in Udaariyaan when Fateh and Jasmine wedding track was on, it's when trp were the highest cause everyone were waiting for him to expose Jasmine and that's what happened. Here Anubhav can't even think about Akriti and Maya's manipulation, but him standing for Gungun claiming that she is his wife and not Akriti will be satisfying enough.
