Haq ki baat toh yehi hai ki Azka should have been brought into Azlaan's room only She was his wife and that should have been their room but it was filled with the same things Azlaan shared with Shanaya so Sitwat gave them their room So that they would be away from Shanaya's memories and start fresh

Yes they will start their life in Azlaan's room which will now be theirs

She’s in the same yellow dress she wears at her home when Azlaan drops her off. I think that conversation is before she leaves. Maybe it’s a blooper or maybe Sitwat comes to her room
