From the beginning of the show this number plate has been haunting us, almost as if it was lurking ominously under our own bed or in our own messy drawer. We have been waiting in dread of the day Ram opens that drawer and finds the plate to a deafeaning dhomm tana in the bg, camera panning from plate to Ram’s puzzled face to plate back to Ram’s suspicious face back to plate back to Ram’s angry face, and all hell will break loose in the mature love story!

Out of all the things the show promised & did not deliver, this is the biggest cheating! To have Mamaji of all ppl lamely find the plate, Ram calmly ask for an explanation, and Priya clearly explaining… sabse bade kaand ko chuha bana diya 🤣

You really think IB was better, that show had the ML getting blackmailed into marriage at least 4 times for the sake of his family. Till they got married , separated and met again it was good after that it became intolerable, the comic dialogues and the chemistry of the leads and the three brothers is what was really good but the story became nonsensical after a while.

I watched Geet… Sb is a hardcore fan of Geet.

So, novelty and headspace matters a lot when it comes to Gul’s things.

Ipk, rather Gul’s spin to one of m&b novels was actually novel to SP, and the characters she created in Indianised format went well with the then tagline of Rishta Wahi, Soch Nayi and Nayi Soch ki Nayi Lehar.

Infact, every story at that point on sp, had a central theme and didn’t deviate from it until atleast 300/400 episodes…

Dabh, which I was in loop for a long time😆 tho was in and around and about the point until 500 ish episodes… and I happily watched the ml fumble to seek permission to go to cinema with his wife from his mom and wife and his gymnastics to do so for a week 😆,trust me…that was entire 100-120 mins footage no other characters had any ss☺️ and by the end, they forgot about the movie🤣as drama started. 😆

See, drama is not a bad thing, how it is and how much it is matters quite a lot! 😳

Do stay away from IPK. Its torture ... Arnav Singh Raizada is an MCP. Period.

Now I wonder why I even watched it around that time.

I will never encourage anyone to watch Gul's story. At your own risk!

You are right gul's shows are all about head space. I never watched very but IPK yes, i have watched when it telecasted i was 12-13 yrs old at that time 😆 couldn't understand the romance factor but enjoyed their banters a lot. IB is the second of gul's show that I have watched from beginning to start.

As i said that you guys have mostly out grew that phase where you can sit through her shows consecutively, as there always comes a time when you just can't sit through certain tracks and characters.

But yes, whenever you start IB contact me. I am waiting for someone to discuss the show with me so that I can gush over some scenes and have a good discussion over another.

for some reason i m being optimistic about the upcoming tracks(not this week, from next week) there will be something good in store 🤗

The best would have been that Priya takes the number plate, says I killed your father because I am a psycho. Get me arrested. End of story. Why all this natak 🤣

Indifference is what I feel for this show - like Doc posted earlier; neither love nor hate. But the show will always be close to my heart for reasons completely unrelated to the show itself 😂

Atleast their parties had context aise hi chamkile kapde pehn ke tamma tamma pe nachna shuru nhi ho jate the.

And yes the USP was shivika and the brothers of that show. Such great bonding and chemistry they four had.🔥🔥🔥🔥 It was lit😍😍

Aditya of pkdh and Suraj of dabh were the leads that were huge leaps and bounds ahead of the time
