I hope the NGO run hospital is legit. Ak gets a job there and Abhi volunteers his skills there and surprises her in an OT.

So he takes her to the hospital and does a surgery there for free, as a charity service.

It will be cool if no one knows they are a couple in the new hospital. So he can do romance as a service too. 😜

I want Ak to get a legitimate job and make her mark outside the Bully Hospital.
