Which job needs only passion and not the required qualifications?

Akshara needs to be qualified first for the music therapist job before saying all these big dialogues. Harsh may be totally wrong in many things, but what he pointed out was totally right.

Usually therapists need at least a post graduate degree and some experience before being qualified for such a job. Akshara was searching for work / volunteering with an NGO when the show started and she had just finished graduation. Then due to being Abhimanyu's fiance she became a music therapist at Birla hospital.

Which job is given based on passion without the candidate having the qualifications for it? Akshara's cocky attitude saying qualifications are not required, was laughable. Nothing happens only with passion in today's world.

Qualifications are a pre-requisite for anything one may want to do. After that, passion is a good thing to have for any job. She's just starting out now and is a complete beginner who needs to qualify first before talking about big things.

Who knows it better than the struggling candidates how much difficult is to get a job even if you have qualification forget about not being qualified

Hehehe I know that dialogue was stupid but we can't expect anything from a show that has reduced a music therapist's job to a random gaane gaane wali who entertains patients with her sweet and calm voice. The writers need to turn Akshara into a singer from a music therapist because they have done no research on the subject.

Ak got job in Birlas through mahima. Then abhi didnt support her. He wanted her away..but now ulta . They all want her to be thrown and kept at home and Abhi wants her career. Did mahima see her certificate or qualification before employing her there and PR uncle is main too..why didnt they taunt then that now they are pushing her away. It's all for nonsense drama. They set her career slowly outside Birlas only.

I feel harsh birla was correct that initially everyone gets job as per their qualifications and gradually with experience you can reach on top position.

Akshara has what most of the aspiring candidates don't have. Paisa ..Birla family tag..with qualification and passion, one needs to know people in high posts. Forget her qualifications and passion, if she actually works and not do family jaap ,it will be a great achievement.

Ab ye faltu ke dialogues rehne hi de. I am worried abt her patients. She has only 2 songs . Happy song and sad song.. piya tose and lag ja gale 😆

Thank you for saying this, I was going to myself. I am totally shocked to see how people say that a qualification is a must in today’s world. There are many famous entrepreneurs, people in arts etc with no qualifications and you so don’t need one to talk about life.

A qualification is not a must.

Belittling people for not having a qualification is a big no no for me so thank you for highlighting about passion and talent🙂.
