Biggest difference is the HAQ she feels over Aryan which she was unable to feel over Akt due to his and Malini's equation.

Akt was married to Malini legally and socially at that time so imlie wasn't able to feel or excise her HAQ as a wife over him. Also Akt promised her alot of things too but he failed to fulfill those promises when time arrived.

With Aryan it's completely different story. She feels that HAQ over him and the promises he made to her he is fulfilling them already from a long time. She knows his words are not just empty words but backed with his actions.

A woman will not surrender herself to a man until she fully feels safe and secured with him. Imlie trusts him that's why there's no hesitation to share bed or initiating intimacy with him. TRUST and HAQ are the key factors in Arylie relationship.
