We,in the forum,fans of big BW /HW stars may mock the influencers,But they gain a lot from attending big events,they gain followers,they get paid by more brands to promote their products.It is a different business model for them.

The smaller stars are like well dressed background junior artistes,filling up the long red carpet.The festival needs a huge number to keep the space occupied.Against that backdrop,top international stars and supermodels walk and top magazines amplify them around the world.

It remains to be seen who actually gains in real terms..Box office,Fame,money..
