Absolutely.. this would be the sensible thing to show.. Anuj and anu both have had their share of trauma.. it should be shown in an organic matter of fact way..

Edited to add: Ovarian cancer is rarely bilateral (as in involving both the ovaries, it's in rare 1-3 % of all cases)

Ohhhh..

I would actually like them to grow personally and professionally first.. spend quality time with each other and then think about babies..

I mean the thought is cute but then the entire attention willl shift to the baby.... yes they can show a contrast where Anu fulfills her dreams even when she is pregnant and after she has a child and how Anuj stands with her always..

But.. I personally would like them to adopt a pet and live just with each other and yeah obv family will be there..
