I think if they are really thinking of shifting WTHA to SP they may do it after some time by giving it 6:30 slot while shifting YJJSN to 6 and SNS2 to 5:30. GSMI has lowest reach and TRP due to 7:30 slot but it's TSV is okay. Ye last week ka chart hai.
See the below reach and TSV of SB shows in red highlighted part. TSV is same range of Sab TV and some Colors pe Zee TV shows but it's reach is too low which is getting them low TRPs. Ye last week ka TRP hai.
Also see reach and TSV of Dosti Anokhi and MCKJ. Dosti Anokhi ka reach kam hai fir bhi bhi TSV jyaada hai MCKJ.

Yes I did say that day SB shows getting equal or more TSV than Sab TV shows but their reach is as low as between between 0.3-0.6. Isliye inhe kam TRP aati hai.
Copy pasting something I said to someone on twitter message yesterday:
They became overconfident that Shaheer popularity will bring viewers but they forgot that SB channel has such a low reach.
They should have learnt lesson from Ghar Ek Mandir on AndTV where the show would get 0.2 at 9pm even with Shrenu Parikh as FL. It got 0.5 in opening and then 0.2 for 6 months till it ended. AndTV too have a low reach.
