I dont think they are brining the tracks last moment. As I said in MF, Sid is a busy actor to bring him out of the blue. Yogi might be leaving as you said. But still dont understand why they cant replace him. He is not a well received character like Virat where they have to kill the character because no one else can potray it.

Virat involved Samrat in this so tomorrow when Samrat dies due to Jagtap he will be guilt ridden and won’t forgive himself for it .Samrat may actually die saving Virat . He might take up Samrat’s responsibilities which includes taking care of Mansi Bua and Samrat’s wife Pakhi .

On the other hand I feel Pakhi will be angry at Virat and Sai as she lost her happiness second time due to them . She will more reasons to hate Sairat . When she decided to move on and be happy with her husband he died untimely death due to Sairat . She will avenge his death . Sai might realize her intentions but Virat will be guilt ridden won’t trust her . Just like Shruthi track there will be a role reversal here ..Sai dejected might leave CN and Virat . Once Virat knows the truth he will try to bring her back and she will refuse this time . Virat will convince her just like Sai did last time .
