Ali apparently this is the story according to Hindu Mythology. Draupadi was married to 5 brothers (who were princes)

She slept with each one of them and had a child with each.

This being Hindu mythology, they say she was granted the boon to get her virginity back every morning.

So clearly, very weird women shaming in todays standards.

Infact, she was married to Arjun first only, 1 brother. Then when they brought her home, the mom said divide it between yourselves, without realizing what gift they were talking about. To show them as great sons, they had to obey their mother.

Infact, Draupadi was blamed for this condition as it is said in her previous life, she wanted a man to who had great qualities, such as beautiful, strong etc, represented by each man.

Clearly writing this out, you can see how unfair and unequal this was. But again, this was a time when the princes had multiple wives.
