Netflix really doesnt get it or what ? Look at the views like their own video shows them the reality what indian audience will love to watch. This is the kind of vibe every romantic / romcom indian drama shoukd have.

Many are saying this is not like Kdrama but the vibe they got was far better from indian serials. This can be called "I-Drama" literally.

After failure of family dramas like WTHA and GSMI, i kind hesitate to believe that Channa Mereya and Sandiip show will be family dramas too. Even Karan said in his iv that he did not wanted to be a part of a run of-the-mill show. If we believe his words then maybe Channa Mereya could be a Geet kind of romantic show. Agar channel rebrand hokar kuch acchha bhi nikla fir bhi it won't make any difference. Mujhe Anil Merani ke posts se pata chala ki SB shows ke TSV kuch Sab TV shows ke itna hote hai par reach bahot kam hote hai like 0.3-0.6 ke beech. Isliye calculation ke baad kam TRPs aate hai.

They need to promote the rebranded channel in better ways so it's reach is large. Tab jaake kuch hoga channel ka.

Jab koi hadd se jyaada overrated ho jaata hai then automatically you feel cringe towards them. Like Shaleen Malhotra and Fahmaan Khan. Fahmaan Khan earlier I liked him but from Imlie I think he is getting overrated.
