In recent shows we have seen ITV females have carriers of their own and I guess akshra too will choose to select her career however outside Birlas. I haven't watched last few episodes. I got no time to watch them but come here to read the updates. Like all of you, even I feel Akshara will quit her job as music therapist but I don't think she will look for a job somewhere else. After all it's an unwritten rule that itv heroines become homemakers after marriage and won't do any job unless it's really needed. Plus in my opinion that department was a gift to her by her fiancee and it was still too early for her to achieve that huge milestone.
Secondly, its high time Akshara as well as we viewers know the main reasons behind the problems between Harsh-Manjari and Harsh-Abhi. Since the beginning of season 3 we have been sewing Harsh misbehaving with Manjari, Abhi yelling back at Harsh and Harsh acting like a victim. Abhi told Akshara she has no idea about the problems he faced since childhood. Now that she's his wife she has full right to know the real issues so he should tell her the reasons instead of justifying himself all the time.
So for sure it will be shown that akshra decides to move on from birla hospital.
