I might look silly and adamant but will post it! It is logical than the surrogacy track that is floating around.

No...IF made an article based on TC (which they got from sbs) and we know how credible is TC...other media portals too reported gossiptv and tellywoodspy but nothing is confirmed...and I don't think sp and ph are fools to ruin their hit show....ghum bring trp with half of the expense of their other shows...

What i feel is during sai kidnap, she may physically got hurted and land in the hospital. Their doctors might have announced about sai infertility.

According to storytlinecand jagtap entry they cant show sai pregnancy and miscarriage.

They can empty a full can of white paint on Patralekha. For me she was and will always be a woman full of hatred.

This is exactly what happened in KD .. minus the fake pregnancy track ..

they made Sam n pakhi patch up . Then they had ninad heart attack and then gogna returns ..

It was always meant for them do it .. before jagtap entry .. jagtap confronts Sai .. and he can make out she is married to virat properly ..
