Manju idk if you have been following AbhiRa's wedding in YRKKH but i watched the main wedding episodes. and DAMN it was so grand, in a typical YRKKH and DKP style, reminded me of akshara-naitik's wedding (didn't watch kaira's wedding track)

it also made me really sad because this is what we wanted for mishbir as they too were a DKP couple, a PH who's known for their grand weddings and weeks long wedding fuctions. but our mishbir didn't get any of that and they also had to share their wedding day with Kuku 😡 kabhi maaf nahi karungi mein dkp for their ill treatment of mishbir

Anyway, kaira's wedding was very grand too, and was damm romantic. Naira had tattoed his name on her neck and they had spent romantic evening before their wedding

@ mishbir - woh toh chodo, they didnt even have all rituals. Their mehendi was skipped and sangit had promos of upma aunty's show 😵 the other day I saw a twitter thread about the same thing. lemme find it out and share here.

yep abhira don't have the magic like kaira, also the age difference between the leads is so obvious. also i hated how they didn't bring anyone from naira's family like naksh, keerti or their kid. it only had kartik's family, even then some members have been missing since the leap 😲

omg the audacity of PH 😡 our "leads" having guest appearance at their own audience is so true

why is Upma aunty's wedding even being done in a grand way? isn't she already a grandma/soon to be one? can you imagine your naani/daadi getting married for the second time and having a grander wedding than people your age? i dont think the bengali version showed a grand wedding, it was probably simple

anyway, i'm atleast happy to know that the fandom hasn't forgotten and forgiven for this illtreatment

yeah age difference is major factor. although both actors are wonderful actors and its visible they are putting efforts.

this ph has always been infamous for eliminating key characters. to begin with, they never showed any closure for naitik who was a main lead for 7 years, so baki ke bare mein kya hi kehna 👎🏼

To be honest, the concept is great that a lady is marrying for the second time in her 50s(?). I understand they are trying to show she has a right to celebrate her life now but it can be subtly, it shouldn't come across as immature drama

age difference is still an eyesore for me, especially in close ups. i just can't tolerate their romantic scenes. their scenes with their respective families are good but the couple scenes are so cringe, especially when akshu does this stupid baby voice

oh yeah, they bared showed naitik after karan mehra left and then he completely disappeared without any clue. he didn't come even when his daughter naira dead so people assumed he probably died offscreen without any mention. heck they also killed off kartik randomly and didn't even show him dying or his funeral. sirat just randomly fell off the stairs and kartik's family randomly got a phone call that kartik died in an accident abroad. BOOM the leap happened..that's so unfair to the characters, their fans and the actors 😡

yeah that's so true, remarriage of a divorced woman with adult kids is still a taboo in the south asian society so i appreciate this storyline but the wedding doesn't have to be as grand as they are making it out to be. also for the last few weeks/months they ahve been shoving anupama in america promos in EVERY freaking SP show. i can't watch a single episode of any show without watching the same damn promo. if their show is already doing well in TRP, why force us to watch this annoying promo for WEEKS?
