How will akshara win over harsh

Till now we've seen that harsh hates akshara since beginning..the biggest reason for harsh not liking akshara is that she's not a doctor..

Harsh is obsessed with his doctor bahu agenda..he keeps talking about all the girls that birlas rejected for abhimanyu in the past..he's regretting for rejecting some agarwal's daughter who was a doctor but they rejected her because she was just an mbbs..harsh is still not forgetting aarohi and wants to involve her in his hospital..his deams of getting aarohi married to abhimanyu shattered but he's still trying to professionally team up aarohi with abhimanyu..

This shows that harsh is just not able to digest that abhimanyu married a girl who's not a doctor..plus harsh also hates abhimanyu's excessive love for akshu and his nonstop akshu jaap..

There is no way that akshara can win over harsh with her loving and caring nature because manjari has already tried this method for years..the way manjari loves and cares for harsh despite his abusive behavior towards her nobody else could do that but still harsh's heart never melted for her..

I think it'll be better for akshara to stay away from harsh as far as possible and never interfere between harsh and Abhimanyu's relationship..its ITV so obviously some magic will happen and harsh will start loving akshu in future but this will be very unrealistic to watch..

Harsh isn't the kind of person to fall for someone's good heart ..he only cares about his reputation and PR and wants to have a doctor daughter in law ..so in order to win Harsh's heart akshu needs to study medicine and become a doctor..practically there is no other way.

Harsh wants love from Abhi but he does nothing to make that happen. Akshu will make it happen and slowly and steadily harsh will start liking and then loving her. It’s a gradual process and a long track.

Let’s see how makers handle this

I think that while Harsh is egotistical and has a superiority complex about being a doctor, that isn’t ultimately why he dislikes Akshu so much. He dislikes her for the same reason he dislikes Manjari — he blames both of them for hogging his son’s love and “stealing” him away from him. When, in reality, Harsh is the only one responsible for his messed up relationship with Abhi. When it came to Aarohi, yes, she was a doctor, but everyone saw that Abhi didn’t give a damn about her. Even during that entire track, Harsh left no chance to insult Akshu. Because, Abhi’s love for Akshu was always clear. And, it made Harsh deeply insecure and confused even then.

Akshu being a musical therapist and singer just gives Harsh more ways to bring her down and drag her, which he does due to his own personal issues with Abhi.

As for how Akshu is going to win him over, I think it will be mainly in 2 ways. One is that while Akshu is loving and gentle like Manjari, she is not one to remain quiet and cry in a corner. I understand why Manjari does it, because she is the victim of abuse and has been conditioned to remain silent. However, Akshu speaks up and fights back — and the fact that she does it politely makes it even more powerful, because that is something that no one in the Birla household is used to or accustomed to. Even when she spoke up during the reception, she did it with such innocence. Harsh was left speechless and he looked shocked even. Akshu knows how to handle conflict really well and she doesn’t let these insults get to her. She has developed such a strong armor after everything she has been through in her life. She knows how to handle pain and difficulties and make her way through them. Slowly, but surely, Akshu will start to speak up and counter Harsh — but she will do it with love. And, I think that is how he will start to see her differently.

The other thing is that Harsh is desperate for Abhi’s love and respect even though he is himself the reason he doesn’t get it. His expression when Akshu called him papa during the tilak said it all. He immediately melted, because no one had called him that in years. Akshu will give Harsh the love and respect of a child even though he does not deserve it. She will treat him like a father. And, even though he won’t show it, I think that will start to impact him as well.

Add to this that even though Abhi cannot learn to control his anger overnight, Akshu will try to make him understand that yelling and breaking things won’t make Harsh mend his ways. I completely understand why Abhi behaves in this way, as he himself uses it as a survival and defense mechanism for himself and his mother -- but, while it stops Harsh in the short term, it doesn't end the cycle of abuse in the long term. There have already been little moments where Akshu signals Abhi to touch Harsh’s feet or to stay quiet instead of creating a scene during the shaadi track. Abhi will start to calm down too, and in turn, Harsh might start to get pacified as well.

And of course this is ITV so there will be whitewashing for Harsh too!

agree that harsh us egotistical n being a doctor is everything for him…rest professions or homemakers don’t match up

disagree that only doctor girl can make him change his ways…if that was true he would have never had issues with Abhimanyu or for that matter never argued with his bro n bhabhi …what is needed at this point of time is for him to realize that he is going wrong…he craves for abhi’s love n in that desperation he lashes out at everyone coz abhi doesn’t respect him but ge fails to understand why is that…coz abhi respects everyone else even if doesn’t agree with them …tgat is what is missing making him realise…can dr aarohi make him realize that? Not from current character sketch coz she doesn’t care if he realizes or not …csn any other Dr girl make him realise that maybe or msybe not …no one knows…so how would akshu make him realise tgat …by putting two plus two together like how we are doing lol n tell abhi what exactly is missing in this mess of an equation…she did it partly in tilak …I say partly coz she still doesn’t have that inroad to speak freely …but she did what she could n one Papa from her softened his expressions …she will obviously be soft with harsh despite whatever n she will tell abhi what would help here …Atleast that’s what I think…n that is how the relationships all around will start improving

Harsh is so insecure of both Manjari and akshu that he's trying his best to somehow remove them from abhimanyu's life..that's the reason he wanted aarohi to get married to abhimanyu immediately after akshu's accident becomes he was afraid that abhira might get together and abhimanyu might refuse to get married..more than wanting aarohi he wanted to get rid of akshu and leave no Chance for akshu to marry abhimanyu..that was his real motive

And you're correct about the 2 scenarios that you mentioned about akshu winning over harsh..both can happen..akshu is definitely not another manjari that Mahima and harsh think her to be..she's much more stronger than manjari..and how she wins over harsh will be interesting to watch..

But somehow I've started hating harsh recently..his behavior has become more and more disgusting lately..now whenever he opens his mouth its just to demean akshu and insult her for not being a doctor..currently he's doing it behind akshu's back infront of Mahima and Anand but soon he'll disrespect akshu openly and call her undeserving of being abhimanyu's wife and I won't be able to watch that..he's also trying to get aarohi again into the picture by teaming her with abhimanyu..by this way he thinks he can increase his PR and also corner akshu and make her feel insecure by showing her that her sister is a better match for abhimanyu..that's how disgusting and vile he is..I hope he doesn't instigate aarohi into chasing abhimanyu again and make cheap plans with her like he did at the time of deleting cctv footage of fire camp truth..he's very much capable of doing that and arohi being the jealous and selfish brat that she is will surely agree to play cheap games with him..I don't trust both of them

I don't know why but I can foresee harsh doing something like this from his dialogs and looks he gives whenever he sees arohi and abhimanyu together..I think makers will destroy his character as much as possible before finally whitewashing and redeeming him and finally making him accept akshu wholeheartedly..

I know Noone and nobody can change him for good at this point..harsh is very practical and emotionless..he melted for an instance when akshu called him papa to bring him For tilak but that wasn't for akshu..that was for abhimanyu..harsh was dying to attend abhimanyu's tilak and did you see how he was cropping akshu out of the picture and only taking abhimanyu's pics during the photos clicking time in Tilak..harsh is obsessed with abhimanyu and only wants him..he just doesn't want to share abhi with manjari or akshu..and even in future he will use akshu's goodness to get to abhimanyu and akshu being the emotional girl that she is will fall for his treachery..

I just don't see this man caring for anything other than his PR and his son abhimanyu..if he could he would've taken both of these and run far away but he can't..and akshu will be the last person he'll love or care about that's what I feel..let's see what the writers do.

Aarohi has been getting minimal screenspace lately, and I truly hope it stays that way. I think that his bubble of her being such a great doctor will burst when she unevitably creates a kaand at the hospital and Akshu is the one who saves the hospital's reputation. Let's see how this current Mr. Ramani track plays out too -- I thought that maybe she will mess up because of the medicine allergy and Abhi will be blamed/Akshu will come to the rescue.
