Btw why channel/ph doesn't make Neil & Ayesha sit and get their issues sorted. Have followed ITV since childhood never came across such blatant unprofessionalism favoritism in my life & none warns him, interferes, giving free-pass, mollycoddling. Also how come no media ppl write or get to know about their conflict. Like in every other show there have been stuffs got exposed to media ppl journos but not here idk how when it's so obvious the cold war on set. Plus none has made their dislike for their co-star so apparent even infront of camera like those who had issues atleast wouldn't let it out publicly & fake act of formality...

Ayesha has done everything to keep things collegial and to "fake" it too. She has always credited NB and his eife, wished them for reality show, made an appearance in the promo, made an appreciation post too, in the past she posted pics with his wife too just for formality. So from her side she has done her best to keep a positive and good working relationship..she always calls them as aap/ji/sir/ma'am very respectfully. Opposite party agar formality ke liye bhi reciprocate nahi karega toh thats their issue, not Ayeshas. Its one thing to keep a distance from a coworker because they are only a colleague and not your family/friends and another to subtly disrespect them at every opportunity, snub them publically and undermine their efforts, contribution. Him n his wife are getting away because he is more "senior" and because PH/makers are lax n don't care. They are happy with even negative views/comments.

Atleast NB intermittently salvages himself with a few good scenes. His wife can't even do that.

Omg yes I remember the first time I saw Ayesha's IV after their RoKa. I was like this girl is really different. She's calling her co-stars sir & jee/mam specially to someone like Aishwarya speaks volumes how nice she's as a person.

Precap is zabardast. Thurat is giving Sai a 24 hour shift! ab usko genuinely flavor mil raha hai of Internship! Halwa nahi hai. 24 hr shifts is the norm in internship. Its literally inhumane but that is exactly how crazy it is. It should be stopped but people glorify it. But anyway jab doctors ki shortage ho, toh aise hi sab hota hai. infact 24 seh extend hoke 30-36 ke baad only they geta break...

V was patient for a bit but ultimately went into the hospital to try to get info. And by stroke of luck the patient's husband who was on video call with his wife who was near Sai- so that way Sai got a glimpse of him and managed to convey that she is stuck and she cant leave. And bloody hell Virat pissed me off. He sees that she cannot leave but he asks kab tak lagega and what should I tell BK....fantastic! anyway Sai told him to figure it out and hung up. But thurat saw Sai talk to V using patients phone so now he will make her life even more hell.

Thurat had actually forbidden Sai from going to the locker to call V when she asked for permission to inform her family before going to her assigned duty. That is not acceptable. bahut exaggeration hai. But I guess they took the liberty so that there is a valid reason for Sai not having her phone and not being able to notify V.

V is clicking pics of his shopping bags by keeping it on the bonnet of his gaadi in the hospital parking lot- which is utterly ridiculous...n thurat claims to Sai that V has parked in the ambulance bay and is creating nuisance...

Sai shuts him down and Thurat is vengeful. He is gonna screw her life.

Looks like Sai will only go home next morning...

V was mumbling to himself ki bhanda phutega...and I was like- wasnt that anyway his plan? to tell BK everything after the puja...so bhanda toh vaise bhi phutna hi tha...

I'm glad V knows Sai is stuck in a legit emergency and also that her senior is very strict and that she is not allowed to keep her phone with her at work....so there is no scope for MU....atleast thats what one would think...

Now he can actually use the time that he is waiting in the parking lot to think of a way to tell BK everything and figure out his plan of action for what will happen after that

There was a shot of pullu rushing out of the hospital...but V and pullu didnt see each other.Not sure what the point of that was...does Pullu end up in CN and inadvertently do bhanda phod?! ya phir as in ghum-verse was it just random shot with no real reason...

not a problem pyaar karne walon se, just teaching her to be a professional.. he might know her struggles as a married woman, and maybe that’s why he’s giving her a hard time, so she learns to give zero hoots to her in-laws...!!! I think Sai is safer at hospital with her senior’s taunts.. also, mobile phones are generally not allowed during residency/internship in India at least, so he wasn’t wrong there too...!!!!

Also, one can’t be distracted as a doctor.. that’s just basic... yaha dhyan bhatka.. waha insaan nipta... ☠️Sai giving her tantrums on Day1 is stupid.. workplace mein tantrums dena is stupidity 101.

Kaafi exaggerated nafrat hai. Ok, he didnt like the PDA but no body will be this obvious about their hate. Its not very professional. But itv mein sab exaggeration hota hai.

BUT what IS realistic is that there are seniors who Rx juniors like this in medicine. Infact the longest standing excuse for poor working conditions of doctors is that seniors feel like if they went through it, the juniors should too. Toh people refer to is as "character building" and if juniors complain they are seen as "weak" or unable to handle the stress. There is a sense of masochism instilled in us all- ki agar mar mar ke kaam nahi kiya toh kya kaam kiya... Its in part due to necessity and in part just inertia to not change things. After a while to survive the system doctors make "war tales" out of it and joke about it. And the compensation for this is peanuts. Stipend for internship is literally bare minimum. And doctors are not allowed to complain about wages because "noble profession". Strike par gaye toh essential services will be affected and thats not acceptable and everyone will villanize doctors. So they keep getting the short end of the stick...No wonder MANY doctors get disillusioned and lose empathy. By mid internship its full on dark morbid humor that becomes ingrained in us. That dark humor with jokes about death and disease is something only doctors find funny and if it were heard by anybody else they would think we are all insensitive jerks...

Today the best dialogue was Dr Chanda- who sounds rude but its actually VERY realistic. And when Sai tries to intervene, she says tumhaari pehli delivery hai, maine 400 karayi hai. When you have a doctor who has worked her ass off and is hangry (hungry + angry)after 24 hour shifts, she will not be in a great mood. She will be burnt out and snap at patients the way Dr Chanda did. Infact she was very matter of fact and says- humein kya pata tumhaara husbnad kidhar hai...

In labor room the patient is in a lot of pain -but it is not uncommon for the battle hardened nurses and doctors to have very little patience. I have watched nurses scream at patients to push hard and stop their nautanki. And its basically a projection of their frustration of other things on to the patient sadly...
