I think it will be unintentional misunderstandings. I am sure Harshvardhan will taunt she is losing her Abhi to Akshu I think he has already done that but we will have a situation where Manjari would advise one way but Akshu advises another and Abhi is caught in between. This will definitely happen.

And maybe one time Abhi takes Akshu's way of handling something but it ends up indavently hurting Manjari due Birla dynamic or something she did not know because no one told her. Sort of like how the sweet potato allergy came about with Abhi (not specifically about food allergies but more about situation or trauma of some sort) Akshu will get bashed by HAM.
