Drama shuruuuu. Ak have no grand entry in birla house. I'm thinking where is manju, neil , parth and nishta???

yeah just watched it!! I think it’s exaggerated.. I mean surely akshu will see that Birlas will prioritize patients over family functions but she is already aware of this and is very understanding about abhi’s professional realities and responsibilities.. but having said that, it might start drama in terms of her not being a doctor and not being worthy of abhi, I mean drama from harsh, anand and mahima..
